A deposit of one night room and tax
is processed the day of the reservation

Full payment is charged upon arrival

Check in time is 4:00 pm. We will
try to accommodate earlier check in times

All cancellations prior to 4:00 pm
the day before arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee

No shows and cancellations inside of
10 days of arrival are non refundable for the full amount

Cancellations prior to 10 days of
arrival will be charged a 10% fee

Check out time is 12:00 pm (noon). All keys
should be returned to the front desk before 12:00 pm to avoid extra charges. A
charge of $200 will be applied to your credit card if all keys are not returned
as we will have to re-key the unit for security purposes

Your reservation is for a specified
number of guests. Should that number change please let us know

Room prices includes free parking
for up to two vehicles. Additional vehicles are $7 each.

All condominiums are no smoking and
unfortunately no pets. A minimum charge of $100 will be applied if this policy if violated

We don't control the weather nor do
we control the Department of Transportation or the power company
